I love the idea of a mixed-up workout of the day, but the ones I’m able to find are usually too hard. I’m pretty sure I would die doing one. So I started making up my own. You may have noticed that there aren’t any weight amounts listed. I challenge myself, but probably not as much as I should. My pushups are from the knee, not the feet (“girly pushups”). Feel free to go easy, or go into monster mode.
